In this series of three books, genre: Fantasy, a group of people in a dive bar in a harbor town on a river near a great lake in what is now Central Asia start telling and playing a story that happened twenty years before.

The king of the land where this harbor town is located called for seven princes from the realms of the seven kingdowms in this region, called the Land of Seven Rivers or Sevenriversland. The 7 princes should compete for three years. the winner will get the hand of his only child, the princess, and become his successor one day.

Each of the princes is to present a mastership in one area at the end of the first year.

While the folks in the dive bar at Dolchaven recall the occurrences back then, the neighboring much greater realm of the Dragon Emperor starts invading the Sevenriversland and the secondf half of the first novel is a about the fight of the seven princes with their folks against the Dragon Emperor and his troups.

This may sound like a fairy tale. But it is a dark fairy tale and all the princes become trespassers. And the princess for whom they were fiogjhting – now Queen Beanice – imrrposnm them a t the end of Novel 1.

So in novel 2 of the series they are in a dungeon. Their folks try to liberate them,while the queen is attempting to occupy the other six realms and become Empress of all the seven realms of the Sevenriversland in order to be able to be a better opponent to the Dragon Emperor. This endeavour ends tragical.

In novel 3 the seven princes further recollect what happened twenty years ago when they were figuring out who the winner would be. In the present time they all have to leave the Land of Seven Rivers as it is polluted and destroyed.
